Good Friday Procession:10/04/09

Good Friday was marked today as the congregations’ of several churches carried the Cross through the streets of Clapham, South London in  celebration of the Christian holiday.

Police where on hand to escort the worshippers. Not for fear of malicious intent by any parties, purely to stop traffic.

During the procession the worshippers stopped, raising the cross and sang hymms in celebration.
